Terms of service.

1. Proposals and scope

Every engagement begins with a written proposal describing deliverables, timeline, and a fixed fee. Work starts once the proposal is approved and the initial deposit is received. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.

2. Payment

Projects are billed 50% upfront and 50% on final delivery, unless the proposal states otherwise. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Final source files are released once the balance is settled.

3. Revisions

Each project phase includes two structured revision rounds. Additional rounds, or changes requested after sign-off, are billed at the studio's current hourly rate.

4. Ownership and usage

On full payment, you own the final delivered artwork and receive a license to the agreed usage. Working files, sketches, and unused concepts remain the property of the studio unless transferred in writing.

5. Credit and portfolio

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, completed work may be shown in the studio portfolio and on social channels, with appropriate credit to your team.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel at any point in writing. Work completed up to cancellation is billed pro-rata, and the initial deposit is non-refundable once design work has begun.
