1. What is collected

The contact form collects your name, email address, budget selection, and message so project inquiries can be answered. The newsletter form collects your email address so monthly design notes can be sent to you.

2. How it is used

Form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry or to send the newsletter you signed up for. Details are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.

3. Newsletter and consent

You join the newsletter only by submitting the signup form. Every edition includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing stops all further editions.

4. Data retention

Inquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and meet legal obligations. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@novahartley.design. Requests are answered within 30 days.
