Chili & Paddy.

A neighborhood restaurant with big flavors needed imagery to match — an appetite-first photo series plus an identity refresh that carried the warmth onto every menu, wall, and takeaway box.

Overhead flatlay of chilies, spices, and fresh ingredients for Chili and Paddy
Overview

The challenge

Chili & Paddy cooked food people photographed — but their own photos were dark, inconsistent phone shots. Delivery apps, the menu, and social all told different stories, and none of them looked delicious.

The approach

Two shoot days built around real service: overhead ingredient flatlays for the story of freshness, and tight, steam-and-color dish shots for pure appetite. A warm art direction — terracotta, chili red, natural wood — tied every frame together and flowed straight into the refreshed menus and packaging.

Deliverables

80-image photo library · refreshed logo and menu system · takeaway packaging · social templates · shot list for seasonal updates.

Outcome

One consistent appetite-first look across delivery apps, print menus, and social — plus an in-house shot list the team still uses for seasonal dishes.
